First,  we really want to thank you for shopping with us.
It is our goal to ensure you are happy with the items you have purchased from our store. However, we realize sometimes things just don't go as planned so we do offer returns on many (BUT NOT ALL) items.

While we offer returns for most items, we regret to inform you that silver and gold coins and bars are non-refundable due to quality and authenticity concerns. If you opt for shipping of these items, please be advised they are not eligible for return or refund for any reason. We strongly recommend customers inspect and pick up their coins in person, however,  if you would like to have them shipped you must adhere to our no refund, no return policy.


All Return requests, for eligible items, must be received by The Spotted Donkey within 7 days of customer receiving the item. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were originally shipped.  Approved Return requests will be issued an RMA number from The Spotted Donkey which must be included on the outside of the return shipment.  Shipping fees are non-fundable. 


The Spotted Donkey reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.  While we do not anticipate the need to cancel an order, we do reserve the right to do so with no limitations or damages due to the customer, but don't worry, you will get a full refund for any product cancelled. Examples of the need to cancel an order may include an item that is out of stock or an item that has been delayed and/or backordered.  A gross error in product description or pricing may also necessitate the need to cancel an order.


The Spotted Donkey is a Reseller and Consigner of products.  Please note that we are resellers and, as such, we do not have the ability to verify or confirm the fitness of all items for sale.  It is the consumers responsibility to educate themselves on products prior to purchasing to ensure the products are correct and safe for them and their family, friends, or whomever the intended receiver of the product shall be.  

These terms and conditions, and any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
